PULEVA launches the first babyfood on the market ready to eat with a spoon, a food product that contributes towards the balanced growth and development of the baby.

Madrid, 17th of June, 2009PULEVA revolutionises the world of child nutrition with the launch of PULEVA Peques PapiYa!, the first ready to eat babyfood developed to satisfy the needs of the baby from 6 months onwards, as part of a progressively diversified diet, adapted to the baby's energetic needs. This new product is prepared with PULEVA Peques 2, liquid follow-on milk, and with PULEVA Peques cereal babyfood.

PULEVA Peques PapiYa! is a totally new product that opens up a new category of product in child nutrition, as it requires no preparation, it is ready to eat, and can be consumed at room temperature or warmed up directly in the microwave within just 45 seconds, thanks to its practical packaging. The great advantage of this new product is that it saves parents a lot of time, as they no longer need to mix the cereals with infant milk in order to prepare babyfood for their children.

PULEVA launches Peques PapiYa! in response to the problems currently experienced by parents with regard to nutrition, as there is progressively less time for everything and diet and nutrition always seem to inevitably suffer.

This new product comes in a practical, fully recyclable 230gr. container, the adequate amount for a baby from 6 months onwards. There are 3 varieties of PULEVA Peques PapiYa!: cereals with gluten, multicereals and multicereals with honey.

The PULEVA Peques PapiYa! varieties have been subjected to a specific hydrolysis process which facilitates digestion and provides an excellent soft and creamy texture, as well as a unique taste.

PULEVA Peques PapiYa! has the backing of PULEVA Biotech and is prepared in accordance with the premises and guidelines established by the international organisms who are expert in child nutrition, such as ESPGHAN, the Codex Alimentarius and the national Technical-Sanitary Regulations.
